* Our 'Booking and Cancellation Policies' have been updated, effective Tuesday, 1st September 2026. Your booking may not be affected; however, please review the policies to confirm whether any changes apply to your reservation.

* Sites will be automatically allocated in-line with details provided during the online booking process, effective Tuesday, 1st September 2026. Guests are unable to select a specific site for their stay, with requests considered but not guaranteed. Site allocations are finalised on the day of arrival and may be changed by management at any time to meet operational requirements. Existing bookings made prior to Tuesday, 1st September 2026 will only be affected when changes are made to the original booking.

* Flinders Bay Holiday Park is open from Tuesday, 15th September 2026 until Saturday, 15th May 2027.

* Pets are allowed at Flinders Bay Holiday Park during its operational season. When Flinders Bay Holiday Park is open, pets are not allowed at Turner Holiday Park. Guests travelling with pets should ensure their booking is made at Flinders Bay Holiday Park during this period. N.B. Pets are not permitted in Turner Holiday Park Chalets at any time.

* Peak Season Availability Release for next Summer - Guests who wish to make a booking for a stay during our next Summer Peak Season, December '27 - January '28 only, please be advised that online bookings will be open from 5pm AWST Wednesday 3rd February 2027. Phone requests will be open from 9am AWST on Thursday 4th February 2027.
